Our client for this project was internal to Grand Canyon University, with the TEDxGCU team functioning as a student-led organization responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing their 10th annual event. The event features ten speakers who present diverse, thought-provoking ideas aimed at engaging the campus community. Aligned with the mission of TEDx, the goal is to spread ideas worth sharing, inspire new perspectives, and encourage meaningful conversations among attendees.
This project began in September of the 2025–2026 school year, allowing several months for planning, development, and collaboration. While the event itself was scheduled for April 10, 2026, the team successfully completed and delivered all requested assets to the TEDxGCU team by the end of March.
This timeline required us to stay organized, meet key deadlines, and ensure all materials were finalized well in advance to support a smooth and successful event execution.
For this event, the TEDx team asked us for help with their creative assets. The team was responsible for all design elements for the night of the main event, as well as social posts and posters to build up the hype. This included brand development, a bunch of design assets for the event, and a new updated website.

"Working with Canyon Creative was nothing short of an amazing experience. When I communicated my vision for TEDxGCU’s 10th Anniversary Main Event, I knew I wanted something that honored the legacy of students who, for the last 10 years, brought innovative ideas from great minds to GCU’s campus, while simultaneously welcoming the next era of TEDxGCU and all the innovation that will come from this Renaissance. And let me tell you, they delivered, and it did it better than I could have imagined. They were able to take the vision of not only myself, but the team and create a visual identity that was fresh, honoring, and still felt like TEDxGCU with the level of quality that they executed every single deliverable with. Their professionalism was through the roof." - Madison Land, TEDxGCU President
With many hours dedicated to communication with the TEDx team, we ensured that all design elements were corresponding to the vision that their team had. Not only did we meet their vision, we elevated it into something stronger. What we came up with was TEDxGCU Legacy.
